RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us on admin@fortunatepaws.com Customers are entitled to refund their items if they are unsatisfied. However, we do limit the number of refunds to one per customer per order.

Refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of buyer receiving order. We will deem whether it is appropriate for goods to be sent back to us. You shall be responsible for all costs incurred to send the items back.

For change of mind return/refund requests, goods must be in original, sealed packaging and returned to us with all costs incurred being your responsibility.

If you receive the product and it is damaged beyond use, we will replace or refund the item, however we do require proof, with photos of the damaged goods sent to admin@fortunatepaws.com

Refunds will be to the value of the individual item. Shipping fees are not included in the refund amount.

If you have not received your items, please advise within 60 days of order fulfillment. If you fail to notify us you haven't received your items, after this time has passed, it will be up to you to contact our shipping carrier and we will not provide a refund or resend items without proof.

Gift Cards/Vouchers are unable to be refunded. If a Discount Code has been used, amount refunded will be equal to the amount paid using the discount.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

* Multi packs of the same items, where more than one item has been opened/used. The unopened items shall be returned to receive a refund on requested items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order ID.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment.

Once approved, if you haven’t received a refund within 3 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

By requesting a return/refund, you agree you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
