Best Suited to Longer Coats

The soft silicone bristles work best on longer fur, where they can help spread shampoo and build a lather through the coat. On short, close-fitting coats, the brush won't lather and clean the fur as well.

How to use

1. Open the reservoir and add your pet shampoo. Follow the shampoo’s directions.

2. Close securely and wet your pet’s coat thoroughly with lukewarm water.

3. Gently squeeze the brush to dispense shampoo, then massage through the coat using light, circular movements.

4. Avoid the eyes, ears, nose and any sore or irritated areas. Do not scrub or press firmly.

5. Rinse the coat thoroughly, then follow with our Sensitive Pet Conditioner if desired.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much shampoo does the brush hold?

The built-in reservoir holds up to 80ml. You don’t need to fill it completely—use the amount recommended by your shampoo’s directions for your pet’s size and coat.

Can I use it with FortunatePaws Sensitive Pet Shampoo?

Yes. Our Sensitive Pet Shampoo works well with the brush. Use the soft bristles to gently work the shampoo through the wet coat, then rinse thoroughly.

Does it replace a regular grooming brush?

This brush is designed for washing and gentle massage. Continue using a suitable grooming brush or comb for everyday brushing and removing tangles.

Is it suitable for all coat types?

We recommend this brush for pets with medium to long fur. Short coats don't lather or work the shampoo through as well. For short coat types, applying shampoo and gently massaging by hand may work better.
